WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Technical Provisioning and Control , your tasks and goals will include:

  • Creation of a new department dedicated to purchase processes in IT Asset Provisioning & Control team of EUT SCIB.
  • Interaction with approved suppliers to get prices, launching of purchase processes and followup until of delivery.
  • Control and monitoring of budget and expenditure requests.
  • Control of provisions and invoicing of the purchase orders emited to providers.
  • Financial support to the area.
  • Continuous communication with Governance and Cost areas of Business. Presentation and approval of budgets or project offers.
In addition, you will collaborate with our team in these other tasks:

  • Attention, analysis and validation of requests for HW equipment and SW licenses.
  • Management and maintenance of SW licenses by subscription. Incidents support may be generated.
  • Management of HW assets in CMDB, loading and maintenance of HW and SW assets.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions.

EDUCATION

  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced MS Excel.
  • ESM (CMDB y Snow).
  • SAP R/3 (Controlling & Accounting)
  • Power BI.


  • English C

  • Indispensable knowledge and experience in Purchase processes.
  • Desirable knowledge of ITIL.
  • Desirable knowledge in Supplier Management and Contracts.
