Our client is a specialist in insurance businesses with operations in Europe, the US and Asia. They underwrite a diverse book of insurance and reinsurance businesses for clients worldwide.

Tasks

Your main task will be to provide support to the team in underwriting operations processes and providing customer service to clients.

During your day-to-day:

You will gather information for new business and renewal quotes
You will ensure a triage submission including Vulnerability scanning and Ransomware Application checks
You will liaise with Broker queries and share Quote Documentation
You will assist with risk analysis, consistent with underwriting guidelines
You will make underwriting decisions, within predefined limits
You will confirm pricing and ensure that binding conditions are met
You will issue new and renewal quotes, binders, and policies within company guidelines
You will attend underwriting training and meetings

Requirements:

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have proven administrative experience within the insurance sector
You have a fluent level of English and Spanish
You have good computer skills and general knowledge of MS Office Suite
You have great analytical and organizational skills
You're used to data entry
You're used to managing your time, meeting deadlines and prioritizing your tasks
You're proactive and have a team spirit
