SMMD Project - Business Analyst
Regulatory Reporting department is undergoing a Transformation process and a new tool (Phoenix) is being implemented in SMMD reporting.

This requires the following tasks to be executed:
Periodic follow up meetings with SLB stakeholders to ensure the implementation and Remediation Plan for Phoenix.
Propose relevant key events (quantitative and qualitative) to escalate any potential issues in the SMMD reporting
Assess the reconciliation controls performed for SMMD in the internal control model of Heracles and provide evidence to SLB Treasury of the design and effectiveness of these controls
Propose an update of the SMMD reporting procedures to permit an understanding of the BoE requirements, governance arrangements and SRR oversight
Propose the functional requirements to ensure accuracy in the data fields where differences have been detected
Propose the functional requirements to ensure completeness in the SMMD report to avoid under and over reporting
Propose a functional requirement for the eligibility of counterparties
Conduct post implementation Phoenix activities
English must be high, profile that comes from consulting and has participated in projects of this style, the entire project will be developed in this language

High level of Office:
Word, Excel and Power Point
4/5 years of experience in areas of Auditing and/or development of Control Models
