    Description:

    General Information:

    We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with 1 or 2 years of experience in design, for a role located in Córdoba, Spain at Hitachi Energy's transformer factory.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Understanding customer needs for Shell Power Transformers design and production.
    • Collaborating with various teams like Sales, Project Management, and Operations to execute projects successfully.
    • Engaging with customers to provide technical support during negotiations and design reviews.
    • Accessing expertise from Hitachi Energy's network for knowledge sharing.
    • Utilizing advanced simulation tools to solve technical challenges in different physics branches.
    • Structuring Transformer design and cost responsibilities, preparing engineering documents.
    • Participating in problem-solving and proposing product and process improvements.

    Your Background:

    • Master's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or engineering physics.
    • Around 2 years of transformer-related work experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Team player with a strong technical and innovative mindset.
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
    • Strong PC Knowledge with 3D modeling capabilities.
