We are seeking a Architech to join our P&DS department
What this job involves

  • Consultancy for construction projects, monitoring and proposals for projects from a technical, planning, economic, quality and safety point of view.
  • Technical due diligence.
  • Technical reports s and projects in general.
  • Organisation of regular site monitoring meetings.
  • Management and moderation of meetings.
  • Preparation of minutes of meetings and regular site reports.
Desired skills and experience for this job

  • Education architect or technical architect or similar.
  • 3 year ́s experience in a similar position.
  • 5 year ́s experience in the construction sector.
  • Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
  • Communication skills and management of multidisciplinary work teams.
  • Analytical skills are required to detect errors or possible problems, as well as the ability to search for and propose solutions.
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients.
  • Good level of spoken and written English is essential.
  • Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project, TCQ/ Presto is required.
  • Target oriented.
  • Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal procedures.
  • Organised in analysis, structured in reporting and transmission of information. Judicious in conclusions and prioritisation of needs.
