Can you help us connecting people to 100% green energy?


What will you do?


The Energy Management team monitors and optimizes any financial and physical flows of electricity to ensure that end-customers enjoy their life while consuming 100% green energy at the best fair market cost.


Within this team, you will be responsible for Holaluz's power portfolio management area, including tasks such as pricing, volume and market risk management and gross margin forecasting.


At the interface of many Holaluz teams (sales, finance, legal, ops, business intelligence, product, etc.), you will be working with top colleagues to provide strategic analysis and insights to drive the power retail business, along with the solar rooftop revolution.

We expect from you to support high priority and high impact strategic projects.

We need a professional who is eager to understand our organizational challenges and provide analysis and ideas on how to overcome them.


We also expect from you to develop deep market and competitive insights and implement them to achieve the best possible result.

In 1 month:


  • Understand both the organizational and the team structure and be able to discern where to look for information.
  • Be able to understand the current retail portfolio as long as the ppa portfolio.
  • Be able to understand the current process pricing.
  • Be able to understand our 2023 goals and how to achieve them, as well as knowing what our current KPIs are.
  • Understand the gross margin calculation and the economical flows linked to the portfolio
  • Understand all the implemented processes.

In 3 months:


  • Be the owner of both the PPA's and the retail PnL.
  • Be the responsible for the calculation of current month preclose(weekly) / last month close(monthly) and understanding of variations (waterfalls, etc.)
  • Be the responsible for Gross Margin Forecasting, with periodic review of models.
  • Be the responsible for the hedging of the portfolio and risk management
  • Be the responsible for the managing of active PPAs (technology, typology, country, average price, average generation, targeting, etc.) and modeling according to contracts.
  • Be the responsible for the pricing, both retail and PPAs and periodic update of risk premiums and control of Power portfolio.
  • Be the responsible for boosting process analysis and improvements such as fundamentals analysis (generation, demand, spot,...), system cost analysis, consumption analysis, profiling and portfolio entry, etc.
  • Be the responsible for manage and improve the forecasting models
