    Primary objective:


    Being in charge of the Single Central RegisterBeing HR 's point of contact with the schoolCollect all the necessary documentation for the hiring of the school staff.

    Coordinate with maintenance the necessary changes in the school.
    Supervising the Administration teamOrganising Admin holidaysAssist the Headteacher
    • Have an overview of the school policies and proceduresOthers:Operation of the bus application.
    Book training for teachersCovering the reception desk when the receptionist when is neededCovering holidays and absences of the Head of AdmissionsOrganise the archives of the old staffCollaborate in the organisation of the school 's graduation ceremonyAssisting as translator at parents ' meetings if neededClose communication with HR for the signing and finalization of school staff contractsOrganisation of school administrative documentsSign contracts with service providers and send them for signature in Main officeOversee orders placed with suppliers of school material Requisitos:
