BPiM Finance OTC:

We Elevate

Your Responsibilities:

The BPiM Finance OTC drives the end-to-end view of the business processes in the area of Order-to-cash (with focus on billing) to continuously improve operational excellence.

He/she is also responsible of the further development of the Schindler's business solutions/systems in the global SAP ERP platform in this area (

SHAPE:
Schindler Harmonized Applications for Process Excellence).
This function is part of the BPiM Finance team, which ultimately reports to the Group CIO. It is interacting closely with Finance stakeholders from the Group and from the subsidiaries worldwide.

MAIN TASKS:

Manage business requirements and change requests in SHAPE for OTC processes;
Identify & share Schindler best demonstrated practices in the area of Finance OTC;
Define business process design & execute changes in SHAPE (Projects and CMPs);
Act as business process & template harmonization gatekeeper for Finance OTC;
Developing and optimizing the OTC business process model and architectural process design of SHAPE;
Driving process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the process value chain;
Orchestrating a global network of business owners/experts and keyusers in the business unit of Finance OTC

EDUCATION:

Master Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
Chartered Accountant or Controller with vast experience in Finance

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Functional experience in the elevator business or similar industries
Finance background with experience in OTC / billing process
IT affinity & knowledge combined with management skills to manage complex business processes in IT systems

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

IT Management
Demand & Requirement Engineering
IT Solution & Architecture Design
Project Management
Quality Management

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Written & spoken English
German and other foreign languages is an asset
