Junior Supply Planner Snacks (TEMP).
Your mission:
Responsible for a portion of the Snacks Supply Planning portfolio in Spain, managing raw material planning & administration tasks for our Co Manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
_ Your day to day with us:_
- Update & maintain our planning tool (JDA) in order to ensure the system is calculating correctly the needs for Co Manufacturer setup
- Stock control: raising Stock Transfer Order ensuring stock availability
- Supply planning support: Raising purchase orders & Schedule receipts upload for our Co Manufacturers. Supporting Co Manufacturer planning
- Bill of materials maintenance in SAP
- Review interface movements from Co Manufacturer's system
- KPI reporting: Plant adherence, stock availability, stock out
- Invoice management: ensure correct invoicing from our Co Manufacturers, transportation, Co Packers, etc.
- Raw material move planning: provide rolling forecast to our suppliers, create raw material orders, close communication with suppliers to ensure capacity & service.
Qualifications:
_ What will you need to succeed?:_
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field) or proven strong thinking/problem solving skills able to identify and remove obstacles to progress
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims
- Fluent in English
- Effective stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs
