Contact Center Agent at Deutsche Bank Customer Service. You will be part of a young and dynamic team where you will develop your professional career. _What We Offer You:
- Hours will be (40h/week): _
- Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. _
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Your main tasks will be: _
- Private and Business Banking. _
- Support for calls to the Branch network. _
- Execution of Back Office tasks. _
- Management and escalation of customer complaints and incidents. _
- Training and continuous improvement in telephone excellence and operational efficiency. _
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the Customer Service sector in any of its aspects (Commercial Service, Operations, Campaigns, etc.). _
- Experience in the financial/banking sector will be valued. _
- University degree will be valued, preferably Economics or Business Administration and Management. _
- Good communication skills and high customer orientation. _
