About You:


As the Key Account Manager Spain for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) you will be responsible for budgeted sales targets, through development of strategic end user customers in selected segments across Spain, both existing and prospects, employing KCP resources to become their strategic supplier of choice.


You will report to the Southern Europe Country Manager for Kimberly-Clark Professional and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Understanding the segment and influencing the environment in which the customer group operates. Contributing, along with the National KAM and EKAM, to develop and share internal knowledge about the segments managed.
  • Understand and use sales & marketing tools and programs
  • Execute effective customer visits in order to meet key specifiers, and sell products and initiatives according to KCP Go-ToMarket strategies.
  • Set up, monitor and successfully close out new product trials
  • Manage customer needs satisfaction process by involving internal resources as appropriate
  • Supports the execution of the Business plan on assigned key accounts.

Create and put to practice relevant tactics:
visits and joint Distributor Sales Representatives' calls, new product launches, gap analysis, etc.

Creates a Business Plan for those customers whose HQ is assigned to their territory and responsibility, and coordinate communication and implementation.


  • Negotiate with key end users to maximise price and profitability, constantly review customer pricing as to maximise the opportunity of increasing prices, understand the overall profitability of the end user total business
  • Manage the total End User communication process: exchange information regarding the enduser with KCP supplying distributors / involve DSR's in the sales process as to fix total offer / plan and execute DSR joint visits to the relevant endusers
  • Work to identify new potential key accounts to acquire as per KCP Go-ToMarket Strategy.
  • Work independently from, and in collaboration with, the main distribution partners.
  • Guarantee the cooperation required with other Customer Management roles (both local, regional and European) internally and externally, as well as Capability.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


  • Previous experience in Sales and key account management
  • Mandatory experience in B2B
  • Enjoy Negotiation and Selling activities
  • Analytical Skills
  • Fluent Spanish and English
