Job Summary


We are looking for a proven sales rep who will bring a strategic and innovative approach to Convatec as we continue our transformation journey in our Spanish market.

This is a key role within our flexi-seal sales team, designed to drive a high-performance culture.


In this role you will be accountable for delivering sales solutions to our clients in both hospital and homecare environments within the Eastern region of Spain.

This role will require approx. 80% travel.


Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Plan, design and deliver a successful and dedicated sales strategy to support the continued growth of Convatec within the Spanish healthcare market
  • Take accountability for exploring & developing positive, collaborative relationships with clinical care providers, key buying influencers, and other medical professionals within healthcare settings
  • Develop productive and longterm business relationships with purchasing decisionmakers to generate business with new customers, and grow sales with existing accounts and customers
  • Present and detail Convatec products to decision makers and associated staff to help create demand for Convatec products, using appropriate selling tools, visual aids and product demonstrations
  • Attend national, regional, and local meetings as required. Represent Convatec in a professional manner at scheduled meetings
  • Analyse territorial sales to target key customers for inservice programmes
  • Maintain regular communications with Regional Sales Manager and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly analysis of sales using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools as well as sales reporting tools

What you should bring to the role:

  • Demonstrable experience gained within a target driven B2C sales environment
  • Detailed knowledge of working with regulated products
  • Strategic approach to sales planning and execution
  • Educated to degree level, in a relevant STEM Subject
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • 80% travel throughout Spain
  • Possible overseas <10%
