Optimanova is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, which was founded over 10 years ago by former Google employees.


As a certified Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Partner, we execute and manage successful campaigns in more than 10 languages for both national and international clients.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (M/F/d).


Responsibilities:

Concept, planning, and implementation of Google Ads campaigns
Management & optimization of campaigns according to predefined performance targets
Reporting and analysis as well as the derivation of recommendations for action
Keyword research, market analysis and competitive monitoring


Search engine optimization:
On-page and off-page actions


Requirements:


Language skills:
native in German, fluent in English
SEO and SEM knowledge
More than 1 year's work experience
Experience in Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs is an advantage
Results-oriented, ability to multitask, work according to priorities and meet deadlines
Structured and responsible way of working
Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
Personal initiative, innovative spirit and interest in digital trends
