Your mission as our Corporate Compliance Specialist:

Monitor, review and assess the risks of regulatory changes at a global level and report on these changes to Senior Management and other internal stakeholders.
Provide advice, guidance and insight to management and employees regarding new/emerging compliance issues.
Provide support and guidance to the company to establish controls to mitigate compliance risks.
Handle licensing related tasks and compliance matters in the countries where the company operates as well as managing new market entries.
Identify, create, and maintain the company's framework of policies, instructions, and procedures to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations.
Provide training on compliance matters to employees
Maintain and work with regulatory requirements in the company's database tool
Develop and maintain relationships with regulators in different jurisdictions
Drive and manage projects across departments within the company
Carry out research into the regulatory jurisdictions in which the company aims to operate, in order to understand and ensure company compliance with all applicable regulations.
Oversee the correct implementation of the internal procedures and policies for regulatory compliance.
Implementation and assurance of safe gambling policies, data protection and other policies applicable to the Gambling sector.
Participation in the audit processes for the maintenance of the different licenses.
Preparation of guidelines for the development of products and / or activities according to sector regulations.
Other duties that may be required

Your superpowers:

3 years of experience in Compliance in the Gambling Industry.
Ability to understand and compare international legislation with ease.
English C1 level written and spoken.
Good knowledge of the world of sports betting (customers and competitors) IT sector will be highly valued.
