Accor is currently looking for an
Operations Coordinator Accor Iberia Management & Franchise for our
Eco-Midscale Hotels to work with Hotels in
Portugal and Spain, based in
Madrid.
The
Operations Coordinator Accor Iberia Management & Franchise Eco-Midscale Hotels** is responsible for coordinate operations for Spain and Portugal, supporting the VPs Operations Management and the VPs Operations Franchised in the strategic axes for each of the business models and interacting with the hotels, Accor experts and VPOs Masters, on all issues related to operational aspects, such as project animation, performance monitoring, guest experience, T&C, SMLD, among others.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE CONSIST OF?

COMMON AREAS MANAGEMENT/FRANCHISE:
Co-animate and coordinate strategic projects with VP operations, be the operational reference for Guest Experience in Eco & Mid hotels in Spain and Portugal and ensure the logistics of Plaza meetings.
MANAGEMENT ECO & MID:
Review and control hotel performance, carry out the budgeting process, communicate and monitor deadlines for management reports, and animate Talent & Culture projects.
-FRANQUICIA ECO & MID & PREMIUM MEDITERRANEO & NA:
Coordinate and execute projects, organize meetings, collaborate in communication with hotel owners and managers, maintain the Wemax database, and follow up on KPIS and collaborate in animation and hotel relaunch actions.
Qualifications:
About you:
- Degree or master's in hospitality management, Business & Administration or equivalent
- Previous experience in Hotel Operations between 5 and 10 years min
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish - _eliminatory factor _**:
- English C1 and French is a plus
Required skills:
- Very good business understanding
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Strong team player
- Strong flexibility and agility skills to work in a very fast changing environment
- Ability to influence
- Initiative and organization sense
