- Coordinating the NPL portfolios valuation process within the operational teams involved;
- Drafting operational input for NPL portfolio valuations, including strategies for collection activities;
- Analyzing the composition, performance, and risk profile of NPL portfolios to assess their value and potential return;
- Evaluating risk factors associated with NPL portfolios and planning strategies to mitigate them;
- Monitoring NPL portfolios' performance, reporting their KPIs, and identifying optimization opportunities;
- Reviewing documentation related to NPL portfolio acquisition processes;
- Preparing documentation of the processes and tasks performed.
- Work experience of approximately one to two years in the financial sector or debt recovery sector ideally;
- Advanced level of English to communicate with international teams;
- Advanced level of Excel is required to handle data and reports;
- Analytical skills to understand the connection and dependencies between different data and indicators;
- Structured and well-organized work methods;
- Ability to adapt and work autonomously and collaboratively with teams from national and international departments.
