Overview:

The Future Talent Program Manager:


As The Future Talent Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the identification, recruitment, training, and development of future professionals within the organization.

You will be accountable for overseeing the identification, recruitment, training, and development of future professionals within the organization.

This individual will work closely with various SITA departments to design and implement programs that help future professionals build their skills, develop their careers, and become future leaders of the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be a part of the People Team.

What you will do:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive future talent program that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • In close collaboration with the Talent Management and L&D team, design and deliver training and development programs that are tailored to the needs of future professionals, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills development.
  • Match future professionals with experienced mentors within the organization who can provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor the progress of future professionals throughout the program and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create opportunities for future professionals to work on challenging projects and gain exposure to different areas of the organization.
  • Communicate with program participants, mentors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged in the program.
  • Collect and analyze data on the program's success and provide insights for improving the program.
  • Build relationships with universities and other external partners to increase the organization's visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, training, and developing future talent as part of a corporate future talent program.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire future professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training and development programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different departments and external partners.
  • Passion for developing future professionals and building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
