Leading multinational company in customer care and management services is looking for a Customer Service Agent for their Barcelona offices


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service: attend calls, mails and chats from customers regarding sales, auctions and exhibitions.

Requisitos

  • Customer service experience
  • Have the required languages
  • NIE/DNI + NAF + Spanish Bank Account



¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • 39hs weekly.

Monday to Sunday night shift:
from 02:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

  • Working centre: Sants, Barcelona. Presencebased method.
  • 08/0 11:30 to 12:30 group dynamic in Barcelona offices (Sants). Training 9th and 10th of March.

Night:
03:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. on Barcelona's offices (Sants).

  • Temporary contract for 1 month with the possibility of extension
