We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will be responsible and accountable for managing BDS finished goods inventory, encompassing reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts, as well as, packaging inventory across the entire EMEA region.

Will be the primary contact with suppliers (internal and external) and the rest of the Supply Chain team (Customer Service, Regional Demand planning and Global Demand planning), on all issues related to the effective management of finished goods inventory for the Grifols Dx EMEA Region.


What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy on the Import and Inventory Control processes, for BDS reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts, as well as packaging inventory.
  • Prepare monthly transfer sheet in collaboration with the manufacturing plant in US.
  • Follow up batches' allocation, quantities, and shipment planning (flight/sea configurations).
  • Manage returns from customers and give clear instructions to the 3PL to book returned materials.
  • Generate purchase orders of packaging materials to external vendors (VIP shippers and dataloggers).
  • Monitor inbound shipments of packaging materials.

  • You have a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You are used to working with SAP.
  • You are customer oriented and have an analytical thinking.
  • You work in team.

Flexible schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
