We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign & Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social media management.


This position offers a dynamic and evolving scope that will adapt as we assess brand partnerships and the growth of our social media presence.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)_
  • Assist in analyzing CRM data to derive insights and contribute to customer retention strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Social Media Management_
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media content across various platforms.
Plan and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.

  • Monitor and actively engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance our online presence.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain wellorganized records and files related to marketing campaigns, customer data, and social media content.
  • Provide support in various marketingrelated tasks such as market research, competitor analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and relevant management tools.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software.
  • Fluent in English with native fluency recommended, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in CRM and social media management is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in these areas is essential.
  • Prior experience working with the CRM tool also a plus.
