We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign & Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social media management.

This position offers a dynamic and evolving scope that will adapt as we assess brand partnerships and the growth of our social media presence.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)_
Assist in analyzing CRM data to derive insights and contribute to customer retention strategies.
Assist in maintaining and organizing customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Social Media Management_
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand identity and objectives.
Create engaging and visually appealing social media content across various platforms.

Plan and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.

Monitor and actively engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance our online presence.

General Administrative Tasks

Maintain wellorganized records and files related to marketing campaigns, customer data, and social media content.
Provide support in various marketingrelated tasks such as market research, competitor analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and relevant management tools.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software.
Fluent in English with native fluency recommended, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in CRM and social media management is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in these areas is essential.
Prior experience working with the CRM tool also a plus.
