RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define strategy, plans and develop means to meet annual South Europe objectives (sales volumes, turnover and margin)
Plans, directs and coordinates the marketing of products/crops and services in the region
Defines marketing objectives and products, group of products and new products strategy (R&D, licensing, M&A) in the short, medium and long term. Built the LRP ensure continuous growth
Participate to investments plans decision
Diversify the Go-ToMarket along with the sales teams
Company digitalization
Process optimization and coordination with other department to ensure efficiency on moving from idea to execution.
