    Next Wave Partners we are looking for a
    Head of Operations for one of the leading and fast growing companies in the solar photovoltaic industry.

REQUIREMENTS
You should have more than 5 years of operations management experience in high performance companies.

Excellent organizational skills are required.

Good English and Spanish level, good level of Catalan a plus.

You should be an expert at creating and implementing operational processes.

You should be able to focus on clear and objective metrics and solutions.

You have built/managed operations teams before.

You should be able to clearly define operational needs and implement improvements ASAP.

You should be highly organized and a good team player.

You have excellent communication and relationship building skills.

You should be good at giving and receiving feedback.


THE ROLE


This is a strategic role where you will build the best flawless operations process possible, help to coordinate installations with project managers, manage stock and logistics, and improve processes and unit economics with our installers.

You'll work directly with the Operations team on all of the challenges.

One day, you might be meeting our external installing partners to


negotiate pricing, another day might be focused on improving our project management processes or helping solve a customer case with your support team.


  • You'll be working in every area of operations:

Supply Chain & Procurement:
From managing all our projects with your team to purchasing/storing materials. You should be a master at execution and organization.

Capital Excellence:
How to best optimize our unit economics for each installation. You should like numbers and metrics.

Strategy:
Your mindset should always be focused on providing the best experience to our users and installers. You'll help us build innovative processes and automation to help us scale to thousands of installations a month.

Service Operations:
we aim at providing an amazing experience to customers

in an industry where NPS is usually low and reviews are mixed. It should be as great of an experience for our customers to choose us.

Leadership & Management:
You will take ownership of the Operations. That means leading the Project Management team, Customer success team and Installation team.

You'll be the main point of contact for the board members and will be responsible for your KPIs and your team's performance.
