What are we looking for?
For our specialized team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled L3 Network Administrator to join our team.

As an L3 Network Administrator, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and administration across various areas of network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide expertlevel support for SDWAN, Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), network load balancing, firewall traffic monitoring and management, MPLS, Meraki cloud solutions, routing and switching, and IP address management.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SDWAN solutions, optimizing network traffic across multiple locations.
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving networkrelated issues.
Manage and maintain the WLAN infrastructure, including access points, security protocols, and wireless connectivity.
Configure and manage network load balancing solutions to distribute traffic and optimize performance.
Monitor and manage firewall devices, implement security measures, and ensure secure traffic flow.
Utilize expertise in MPLS to configure and troubleshoot MPLS networks.
Work with Meraki cloudbased networking solutions, managing devices, configuring cloudmanaged networks, and utilizing the Meraki dashboard for administration tasks.
Demonstrate proficiency in routing and switching protocols, configuring and maintaining routers and switches, managing routing tables, and ensuring efficient data transfer.
Oversee IP address management, ensuring proper allocation, assignment, and resolution of IP address conflicts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support networkrelated projects and initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network administration.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an L3 Network Administrator or similar role.
Indepth knowledge and handson experience in SDWAN, LAN, WLAN, network load balancing, firewall management, MPLS, Meraki cloud solutions, routing and switching, and IP address management.
Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
