STORE MANAGER /
ITALIAN SPEAKER

MADRID, NEW STORE OPENING

ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive clienteling, CRM and after sale process, developing direct marketing actions towards new clients
Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
Responsable of Stock management, Operations and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure that VM reflects strategy and verifies guidelines execution in store

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years as Assistant store manager or Department manager experience
Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
Italian language is a must, spanish and english also required

OFFERING:

Up to €50K + MBO
Permanent contract
