IO Interactive is currently looking for a
License Producer **to join Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI.

Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

What you will do:

License Management: Oversee all aspects of licensed brands within the game, including negotiation, acquisition, and maintenance of licenses. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and manage relationships with licensors.

Integration Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for the seamless integration of licensed brands into the game's narrative, gameplay mechanics, and overall aesthetic. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand alignment and authenticity.

Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal development teams, external licensors, and other stakeholders. Coordinate communication and workflow to ensure timely delivery of assets, approvals, and feedback.

Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity of licensed brands throughout the development process. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with licensed content, including legal issues, brand conflicts, and reputational concerns. Implement safeguards and protocols to protect both the game and the licensed brands.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences related to licensed gaming content. Utilize market insights to inform licensing decisions and optimize brand integration.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and impact of licensed brands within the game, analyzing player feedback, engagement metrics, and sales data. Use findings to iterate on strategies and maximize brand effectiveness.

Who you are:

You have worked as a producer with licensed brands or both, for at least
1 AAA games**. You have a deep understanding of the production process and working with different teams, from technical to creative.
