Your mission

As a key member of the Corporate Finance department, you will be leading corporate treasury team being accountable for corporate cash management, optimizing cash resources and ensuring compliance with the Group's financial strategy.

Responsibilities

Liaise with financial institutions for funding operations, banking terms and optimization of the company's working capital.
Manage and monitor corporate cash management, contributing to financial sustainability and optimization.
Control and planning of liquidity and funding requirements.
Manage and monitoring of cash and financial expenditure budgets and analysis of variances.
Lead and define corporate foreign exchange risk management strategy and derivatives strategy.
Short and Mid-Term liquidity analysis to structure subsidiaries funding.
Monitoring of ratios, covenants and legal documentation of each internal financing.
Define, implement and monitoring of treasury KPI's for financial decision making.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal control regulations and key treasury regulations and Institutional reporting.
Continuous search for new financial products, treasury optimization and improvement of economic conditions.
Lead the corporate treasury team fostering development and supporting continuous improvement of treasury processes.
Participate in crossfunctional projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Additional education: Postgraduate or Master's degree in finance, cash management, financial derivatives, foreign exchange risk management is highly desirable.
Sound experience in leading teams and function of treasury, cash management, financial derivatives and foreign exchange risk management in complex multinational and multisocietary environments.
Languages: Spanish and English (fluent).
Knowledge of SAP (FI CO PA) and Windows Office and Treasury tools.
Excellent analytical skills, team player, empathy, active listening, ability to build valuable relationships with key stakeholders, results oriented, proactivity, team management.
