Valencia.
As a
Business and Data Supervisor, you will need to build trust with partners, Team Leaders and Sales Directors.


Be part of the strategy and create reports, leverage data science methodologies to solve problems, and coordinate with the operation team to support the continued growth of
Engel & Völkers.



Your responsibilities:


  • Build pragmatic, scalable, and statistically rigorous solutions to issues & challenges by leveraging or developing statistical and machine learning methodologies.
  • Answering big picture questions by framing the question, turning it into an analytical plan, executing and communicating to stakeholders.
  • Be a touchpoint and account manager of the different real estate portals (Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia and others) to work crossfunctionally and define priorities and solutions.
  • Deep dive into Engel & Völkers operational metrics and methodology to understand behavioral patterns of our clients and real estate agents and the areas for improvement.
  • Daily check of competitors.
  • Create, modify, and problem solve issues to ensure you deliver accurate and clear analysis and reports.
  • Provide insights to support decision making.

Requirements:


Your qualifications:


  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or another related field).
  • Advance on Excel & Google Sheet is fundamental. Data visualization and other statistical software / platforms will be valuable.
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion.
  • Experience communicating complex research in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
  • Critical thinker, innovator, and problem solver.
  • Good communications skills, with good verbal and written English with ability to explain technical concepts and analyticsdriven findings to business stakeholders.
