As a Junior Traffic and Forwarding Coordinator, your main responsibility will involve efficiently and effectively organizing the transportation of goods and materials between different locations

Located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona)

Tasks

  • Monitoring and managing land traffic activities
  • Handling incidents related to damages and delays
  • Strategizing collections and deliveries to optimize the fleet's operations
  • Maintaining communication with both customers and suppliers
  • Managing groupage, fullload, and partialload shipments
  • Overseeing administrative procedures
  • Identifying and engaging with potential network providers for expansion
  • Exploring business opportunities within the industry

Requirements:


  • 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role
  • C1 in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of traffic management is advantageous
  • Additional training in foreign and/or international trade is a valuable asset
