Meet the team:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Total Rewards team. You will contribute to manage compensation, benefits, payroll and other reward programs for the organization.

This is an entry-level position that will report to the Total Rewards Manager.

What you'll be doing:

Assist in the management of the company's compensation program, including maintaining data on salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation in our HRIS (Bamboo)
Support the management of the company's benefits program, including processing employee enrollments and responding to employee inquiries.
Update employee ID's in our Stock Management System (Carta)
Review and administer Reimbursements for employees
Assist in the management of the company's HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely data management.
Provide support on payroll inquiries
Support the Total Rewards team in ad hoc projects and analyses as needed.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field.
At least 12 years of experience in general HR, or Compensation, or Benefits administration.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in english.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
