FUNCTIONS:

We are looking for a District Manager to join our client, where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a great team.

About the job In this position, your main duties:
Managing sustainable sales performance within their District and ensuring sales and profitability targets are met Updating, maintaining and implementing processes/guidelines and providing feedback to teams Implementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal integrity Securing retention of high performers and top talents across the organization, especially focusing on managing effectively staff turnover Securing delivery of the brand experience Ensuring excellent and consistent consumer experience based on central guidelines Actively monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement About you A motivated talent, who brings along the following background: Minimum 3 years' experience as a field operator in a customer and commercial focused retail environment Minimum 3 years' experience in a store management role Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 90% of working time A solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills
