¿Would you be motivated to be part of the largest international project for the development of fusion as an unlimited and viable source of energy?- important company in the energy sector is looking for An HR SUPPORT OFFICER for their offices in Barcelona.
- MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of order forms and invoices as issuer
- Preparation of various staff reimbursements
- Preparation of statistics and reports using graphics and dashboards
- Followup of contracts consumptions
- Support with administrative / archiving tasks
- Any other relevant task
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational level: A level of postsecondary education attested by a diploma or a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to postsecondary education.
- Professional experience: Jobrelated proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements.
- Computer literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint) Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, ability to produce graphs, dashboards.
- Language skills: English as B2 or equivalent. English is the working language of the Joint Undertaking.
- Personal skills:
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team;
- Good communication skills;
- Selfmotivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy, according to set budgets and schedules;
- Very comfortable working with figures;
- High sense of detail

Barcelona
- Work modality: presence based at least 2 days/week.
