Global Service Suppliers Quality Assurance (M/F/d):

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will be Service Suppliers & Subcontractors Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and controlling all activities and processes to ensure all inputs into Service Value Chain are under controlled.
  • Set up, put in place, and coordinate Suppliers & Subcontractors qualification, requalification, and evaluation system; this will include processes to be deployed at each level of the organization, being aligned with Business Excellence and Service Quality team.
  • Define Service Quality evaluation & acceptance criteria, as well as specific targets for each Suppliers & Subcontractors; this will be aligned with Global Service Sourcing.
  • Be the referent person for all SQA topics in Global Service. You will collaborate with Service Technical team, SQA Global, local Quality teams, Business Excellence and Service Sourcing departments.
  • Define and update a communication, escalation, interrelation matrix.
  • Capture weaksignal or recurrent local issues, as well as relevant claims, to kick off the deviation management process along with Global SQA.
  • Report to others Global Lead Functions SQA as well as to Global SQA.
  • Supervise the resolution of deviations.
  • Define, coordinated with local Quality teams, Service Technical team and Global SQA, the Suppliers & Subcontractors annual audits' plan: qualifications, requalifications, specific audits due to specific issues. Additional audits can be added, if needed, anytime during the year.
  • Propose, setup and lead improvement actions and campaigns for Suppliers & Subcontractors.
  • Ensure Global Service Quality system it used by all local Nordex entities.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Masters in mechanical or electrical engineering, Industrial engineering, or similar degrees.
  • At least from 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry, if possible, wind industry, if not automotive or aviation.
  • Mandatory at least 5 years in similar position or quality assurance position
  • English: mandatory. German, Portugues or French would be a plus
  • Familiar with statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, Management System or Certification process will be plus.
  • Experience with Quality methods: pFMEA, Risk Assessment, CTQ tree, 8Ds analysis, etc.
  • Negotiation and project management skills will be a plus.
  • Team player, emphatic, sensitive to intercultural differences, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, consensual and solution focused.
