We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager with fluent French language skills.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the French-speaking market.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Frenchspeaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Frenchspeaking market and develop strategies to win new clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts in the company's CRM system
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay uptodate on industry trends

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Resultsoriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
