    We are looking for the H ead of design - sneakers **for an international, young and fresh fashion firm.

    Your work will be based on a creative process, from capturing the latest trends to the design and development of the collections.

    What would your day to day be like?

    Creative process: trend analysis, coloring, materials...

    Create your own designs when considered

    Coordinate de collections: plan team work, calendars and manage projects

    Direct dealing with suppliers and prototype review

    Budget control

    Presentation of the collections

    Work together with the rest of the team to create designs aligned with the rest of the structure

    With at least 5 years of experience designing sneakers

    Experience managing a team of designers and coordinating design projects

    With a passion for fashion & design and a taste for attention to detail in each product

    We would like you to be creative, capable of capturing the latest trends and customer needs to reflect it in the collections

    We envision you with good communication skills and a fantastic ability to work as a team in a very dynamic environment

    With the ability to manage teams: organization, development...

    Languages
    - Super fluent in english high level of spanish other languages add up
