To develop new tools and services, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for helping us build better products that customers love to use.
The Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development of a new consumer data science product and managing the product lifecycle.
In this role, the Product Owner will work closely with our teams (management, customer success, BI developers,...) and customers to identify product requirements and prioritize product features.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of our clients.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, including data collection methodologies and data calculation rules.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal team members.
- Create user story maps, writing effective user stories and prototypes.
- Lead the productrelease plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Define product success metrics and track product performance against those metrics.
- Work collaboratively with a delivery team of BI developers and customer success managers to design and deliver products that provide the insights our customers require.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team on product launch communication, training and enablement and ongoing product adoption tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or another quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Experience developing data science products and in data storytelling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker,...
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfstarter with a growth mindset.
