From LHH Recruitment Solutions we need to incorporate a Quality Manager in the province of Tarragona whose objective is to ensure that the company's quality policy is respected, promote QUALITY to all company personnel with the main objective, the reduction of external and internal incidents of the factory.

Its main functions include:

Monitoring and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System.
Participate in the establishment of KPI'S indicators and Quality and hygiene objectives.
Participate in the improvement and validation of the cleaning and sanitizing processes for equipment and facilities.
Participate in the analysis of risks associated with new projects/equipment/processes or changes in the management system.
Participate in the hygiene plan and good manufacturing practices through factory inspections, internal checklists, and others.
Establish a program of continuous training and training of personnel at all levels and departments in terms of quality, GMP (ISO22716) and hygiene.
Participate in SGI audits. Followup of the derived corrective and preventive actions.
Participation and development of the actions generated in the second (client) and third party (certification) audits.
Monitoring of internal nonconformities and actions arising from claims, blockages, losses, etc.
Implementation and monitoring of quality tools: 8D, 5S, etc.
Coordination of a team of 7 people.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Engineering or Higher Chemical, Industrial.
Valuable training in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 22716 and IFS.
Experience in the industrial sector and ideally in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food industry.
Advanced user of: Excel and AutoCAD.
Capacity for analysis, management and planning.
Language: French and/or English (a good level in one or both languages is essential)
