Main Tasks

  • Post and update job ads on a wide range of media sources (e.g., websites, magazines, embassies, schools / universities, social media, etc.).
  • Update our ATS with new applicants' information.
  • Support processes linked to our Employee Journey.
  • Perform other administrative tasks.

We offer:


  • Fulltime internship, 39 hours/week.
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Salary: 700 Euros gross/month.
  • Opportunity to join an international team.

Requirements:


  • Possibility of an internship agreement with a university/school.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • High level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Attentiontodetail skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines.
