Job Description Summary:
Havas is a meaningful agency committed to leveraging technology and data to enhance the performance of our services for our clients.
These tools are intended to enable our network to utilize data effectively at every stage of the process, thereby facilitating informed decision-making.
The majority of our toolkit falls with the Converged Hub Platform - an end to end data and tools platform that supports our Media Experience process, across audience Intelligence, Media Experience Design, Activation, Reporting, Optimisation and Measurement.
We have teams advancing our products and tools within each module of Converged and are seeking an architect to ensure integration across the process, maximizing the connectivity and fidelity of data.
You will be at the intersection of technology and marketing strategy. Your role involves leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that enhance marketing operations, customer experiences, and data-driven decision-making.You'll collaborate with marketing teams, IT professionals, local market teams and external vendors to create efficient and scalable solutions to support the roadmap of the Converged Hub.

- Technology Alignment with
Marketing Goals:
- Understand marketing objectives and translate them into technical requirements.-
- Evaluate existing marketing systems and propose enhancements or replacements.-
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms (CRM, CDP, automation tools, analytics, data lakes, etc.).-
- System Design and Optimization:
- Architect end-to-end marketing solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance in full collaboration with IT team.-
- Collaborate with data engineers to design data architecture and pipelines for marketing analytics.-
- Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows.-
- Data Management and Personalization:
- Define data models for customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting.-
- Work closely with data scientists to leverage machine learning models for personalized marketing.-
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, DMA etc.).-

Tech Stack Evaluation:
- Assess marketing technology (MarTech) tools and platforms.
Party Data Integration:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to capture, store, and utilize first-party data effectively.-
- Leverage customer interactions, behavior, and preferences to enhance marketing strategies.-
- Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and accuracy.-
- Collaboration, Training and Evangelising:
- Train marketing teams on system usage and best practices.-
- Foster collaboration between marketing, IT, and other departments.-
- Participate in New Business and marketing activityes, leading the data and tech narrative.-
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Day to day management and development of a team comprising product specialists, data scientists and project managers-
- Time and task management to ensure optimal productivity and team wellbeingExperience
- 15+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Digital marketing, CDP, transformation programs ideally with media agency knowledge.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with data technology- Experience in designing full data, architecture and feature flow from business requirements Experience in data environments building on Google Cloud and Azure technology Experience in functional and technical architecture design of tools in a preexisting environment with constraints Knowledge of Master data management implementation within a transversal data architecture Data quality process implementation and troubleshooting- #LI-CO1
