JACK & JONES SPAIN is growing. Our biggest menswear brand at BESTSELLER is seeing yet another year of brilliant results. So, we are on the lookout for an ambitious and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team.
Are you a natural at recognizing and reacting to the newest trends? Would you like to be the person who ensures that the Jack & Jones brand direction is executed by creating commercial lay outs to inspire our teams and customers? Then this is your opportunity

Together with a dynamic team in Spain, you will make sure the customers leave the store with a positive experience by inspiring them with the best merchandising options, as well as the ability to create solid growth and earnings for each store in your area.

You and the team will ensure that all our stores will be the best in town
As a part of our retail team you are reporting to our Country and Operation Manager. Together with the Buyer, Area
- and Store managers you will be assuring the best performance through our assortment in our retail chain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You will focus all your efforts on making sure the have the best Visual Merchandising level in each store together with the team, building a close and productive relationship with them.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with the Buyer to translate the buying strategy into the customer journey for the Spanish market
Assist at buying & training sessions in Denmark
Engage with the buyer and VM support in Denmark to complete the Merchandising Plans in line with the company strategy
Create the To Do Month which translates the Merch Plans into an inspirational guide for the store teams for the coming months visual merchandising solutions
Execute the To Do Month Plan in the base store ahead of the other stores
Feedback to the Management on weekly money mapping with solutions to enhance sales
Support the store teams with inspirational mannequin styling to enhance sales and the store experience
Support new management to the business with visual merchandising training
Be the go to person for visual support
Be active on the shop floor identifying new opportunities
