We are currently looking for a M&A Analyst intern to give support to the M&A team in the execution of buy-side processes.

What will you do?

Analyzing and synthesizing financial and operational information.
Support the development and execution of M&A buyside transactions in the logistics, maritime and port services sector.
Support in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, and other investment materials.
Support in the preparation of marketing materials such as onepagers and investment presentations.
Support in the smooth execution of due diligence processes.
Exposure to collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, tax, accounting, integration, and operations teams as well as external advisors.

_**Minimum requirements

What do we look for?

Studying a bachelor's degree in business and management or engineering with relevant courses related to corporate finance or studying a master's degree in a relevant field related to corporate finance.
Basic understanding of financial modelling skills for valuing business and preparing benchmarks.
Basic PowerPoint skills for internal and external presentations.
Strong English level (B2 level minimum), other languages are a plus.
Have a genuine interest in corporate finance and business.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
