Project Manager to support our growth in the solar industry.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification.
  • Producing progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Requesting and selecting proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations

Location:


Madrid or

Pamplona; with availability to travel.


Your profile:


  • Good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management or engineering (electrical degree preferred)
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or handson experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and Chinese are also a plus).
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
