We are now looking for two assistants to support and managing the schedules and communications of a Top Management member, as well as arranging meetings, preparing business events and giving support in other administrative tasks.

This position is acting as a pool with other assistants. Both will be based in our
Headquarters in Barcelona.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Manage agenda every day, organize logistics and prepare documents and materials for meetings and business trips, to optimize time management in function of the established priorities
  • Managing business trips
  • Organizing internal meetings and events: Top Management meetings, team activities, etc.
  • Manage events budget
  • Organize the on boarding inductions of new joiners directly reporting to the Manager
  • Support the team in administration tasks: creating purchase orders for invoicing, validating Purchase Orders on behalf of the Top Manager, check and approve travel expenses of direct reports,
  • Receive, register and archive any documentation

Ideal educational background, experience and languages

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience of at least 8 years in a similar position, working with top management
