About the role:

What you'll do:

Leading a Team of Engineers.
Drive operational effectiveness to deliver against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and execute the Technology Infrastructure Service Operations strategy for TD SYNNEX globally. You will own several key multimillion $ contracts that ensure the efficient running of the infrastructure and provide excellent service.

What we're kindly looking for:

10+ of relevant work experience.
Previous
Service Management experience in global and large enterprises.
Strong technical background and understanding of core infrastructure
Ideally, on public cloud workloads.
Knowledgeable in SAP ECC solutions and scheduling concepts.
Strategic and processoriented mindset leader. Highlevel business English written and spoken.
