Your mission:

By working in LGN you will be able to drive your career as you will have the opportunity to implement improvements for all our employees and within the Human Resources department.

Your ideas will be directly heard by the CEO.

Execution of Recruitment strategy.
Help with all the administrative tasks (payrolls, contracts, payments).
Help with administrative tasks of an HR department with regular reporting and monitoring of key objectives and KPIs.
Regular reporting to HR Manager to ensure maximum conversion.

Your profile:

Undergraduate degree.
Experience in recruitment functions will be high considered.
Analytical skills, an accuracy with numbers, negotiation skills, problemsolving capability, resolutive and rigorous person.
Have a creative and entrepreneurial approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Persistence, Positivity, Teamwork, Coachability, Curiosity, Work ethic, and Intelligence.
High interest in technology.

Languages:

Spanish: bilingual or native.
English: B
C1
