Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop concepts and ideas for video and photo shoots within budget.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for all production aspects, including locations, talent, equipment, and crew.
  • Hire and manage external vendors and contractors, such as models, videographers, photographers, stylists, home economists and postproduction resources.
  • Ensure all preproduction requirements are met, such as obtaining permits and insurance, securing locations, and coordinating schedules.
  • Oversee all production aspects, including talent and crew management, set design, lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the vision for the project is executed effectively.
  • Oversee postproduction process, including selecting and editing footage, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's objectives.
  • Continuously stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in video and photo production and incorporate them into our work when appropriate.

Requirements:


  • 25 years of experience producing best in class digital content, within an agency or production house. Event production will also be beneficial.
  • Proven track record of producing highquality content for various platforms and audiences for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and creative teams.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in industrystandard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X.
  • Familiarity with various types of video and photo equipment and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Handson approach with a cando attitude
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Able to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to work independently.

  • Spanish (mandatory)
  • English (mandatory)
  • Any other languages are a plus
