We are looking for Customer service agents with native or C1-C2 level of German + Spanish for an important company.

Information on order follow-up and telephone assistance regarding inquiries about our product, accompanying the customer until the sale is closed.

WHAT WE OFFER

40h/week contract, with fixed working hours.
Shift : from Monday to Thrusday 09h00am 18h00pM/Fridays from 09h00am 17h00pm
Salary higher than the average for similar positions.
Permanent employment contract.

Requisitos:

Requirements:

Native level in German or C1-C2 level and Spanish.
Experience within Customer service's sector + order's tracking of at least one year is desired and it ́s a plus.
Organised person with ability to transmit the brand's value and good communicator.
