- Manage day-to-day payment operations, including transaction monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with support teams to efficiently resolve incidents in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work with diverse teams to address sustain-related issues and enhancements.
- Lead technical projects to enhance operations efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on payment processing metrics and analysis.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
- Share updates with stakeholders on sustain activities and improvement initiatives.

- Nice to have: Experience with Service Now, Atlassian Tools, New Relic, and Grafana.

As the Payments Operations Specialist in the Digital Payments team, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our payment operations, ensuring seamless payment processing for our customers and Nestlé brands.
