What you'll do:


The Global Social Media Manager will lead strategy design and execution on social media channels, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and ROI.

This includes setting global guidelines, managing content and paid media, and collaborating with local markets for strategy optimization.


The role involves content coordination with internal teams or agencies, developing tactical toolkits for campaign deployment, and overseeing all platform content execution.

Additionally, responsibilities cover reporting on social media performance, action planning, and crisis management.


Agency management:


  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external agencies, including creative agencies, media buying agencies, and influencer marketing agencies.
  • Ability to brief agencies effectively, providing clear objectives, timelines, and expectations for deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both organic and paid media channels, maximizing reach and impact.

Content creation:


  • Understanding of current trends and best practices in social media content creation, including platformspecific features and formats.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as marketing, creative, and product teams to gather input and ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Ability to curate, analyze, and leverage consumercreated content across diverse markets, ensuring it aligns with brand goals while maintaining authenticity and engaging the community.

Paid media:


  • Proven experience developing and executing paid media plans across social media platforms, with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
  • Indepth understanding of advertising principles and best practices for paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and bid management.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Advertising, with handson experience setting up and managing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a datadriven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with retargeting strategies and advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments.
  • Knowledge of budget management principles and the ability to allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Experience with ad tracking and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness and attribute conversions accurately.
  • Ability to stay updated on changes and updates to advertising platforms and algorithms, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain campaign performance.

Your qualifications:


Technical Skills:

  • Profound knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) including their strategies, trends, and evolution.
  • Experienced in paid media and developing attribution models.
  • Capable of understanding and adapting to the culture and features of various social platforms, with a knack for anticipating future trends.
  • Skilled in using social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Falcon, Social Bakers) and mandatory experience with User Generated Content.
  • English mandatory

Behavioral Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fastpaced setting, and maintain a strategic, forwardthinking approach.


Adapts quickly to the dynamic social media landscape, possesses a strong sense of ownership, and employs a "test and roll" approach for continuous experimentation and improvement.
