Details of the role and how it fits into the team

One of the strategic pillars of IPB Spain for the next years is Bank for Entrepreneurs, which main objective is to be a house of choice for family entrepreneurs.

For properly develop this strategic pillar, a highly specialized profile in with a senior experience is needed, especially in Marketing activities addressed to this relevant segment of clients.

IPB Spain has a very challenging program of 43 in-person Events for Bank for Entrepreneurs clients for 2023.

As part of a multidisciplinary Marketing team where we support all segments and product areas of IPB, you must be prepared to perform tasks of different kinds, from the execution of end-to-end events to the development of processes that generate efficiencies in the department, development of advertising pieces and monitoring and reporting.

In-depth knowledge of the market and financial products will also be very valuable in order to be able to support advertising materials.

Your key responsibilities

Management, development, monitoring and reporting of events.
Development and management of sponsorships.
Brand guardian.
Support to product teams in the development of client ready materials.
Interaction with compliance teams to ensure the correct execution of any client read material.

Your skills and experiences

Extensive experience in event management
Data analysis and reporting capability
Very organized and meticulous in project management
Indepth knowledge of the financial sector
Creative and proactive
Team player
High level of spoken and written English
