ING International Talent Programme
Just graduated and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme.

This 2-year talent development programme is part of a global initiative to select recent graduates from around the world with a view to training future leaders.

You will develop core banking skills, personal skills and track specific skills.

One of the pillars of this program is Global learning events.

Each year, you'll meet up with your fellow trainees around the world:
two intense weeks of learning, collaborating and connecting.

The Programme includes:

Welcome plan and initial training
Collaboration and development on strategic projects
Experience in one or several areas at ING España
International experience in a country where ING is present, where you will continue to work on your professional development in 6month periods and hone your leadership and management skills

Your key responsibilities:

Translate Bank strategy into tangible execution and know how to achieve goals in a large complex organisation. A key aspect is to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and to act strategically.
Provide structure to the organization backlog, organize, aggregate, and present the information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision taking at different levels
As a key member of the squad, you will be responsible for helping to meet the goals defined.
You will foster a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs: challenging the projects to ensure value creation for the client, alignment with ING's strategy and simplicity by design both on technical and business approach.
You will ensure consistency in methodology collaborating with your agile coaches colleagues across different initiatives, products and tribes, in terms of metrics and definitions.
You help to define the features and engineering roadmap delivery for the scrum team.
Together with your team you advise and drive the change in the organization via an endtoend view on the full portfolio
Work with senior management to establish, prioritise and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.
You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders

Elements of your profile required
If you think you will be a right fit for us and would like to become part of the project, here is what we ask from you:

Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
One of the following university degrees: Businessoriented, Computers or Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics
Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English
Good academic record
Eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking
Ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation
Be a team player, stimulate crossborder interaction and alignment between people, Tribes, Squads, Chapters

Not essential, but will be valued

The following qualifications will be an advantage:

Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities
Master's or postgraduate degree
Leadership activities
Program management and problem solving skills
